Nexphase is a cloud-based AI-powered maintenance management platform built for maintenance engineers, reliability engineers, planners, and asset managers operating in heavy industry, mining, oil and gas, and industrial manufacturing environments. It is designed to replace the fragmented, time-intensive process of building and managing a maintenance programme — where critical work typically lives across disconnected spreadsheets, outdated documents, and the institutional knowledge of a handful of experienced engineers.
Nexphase brings the entire maintenance workflow into a single intelligent platform. It extracts and structures maintenance data from equipment documentation, generates FMEAs, builds work orders, produces CMMS-ready master data load sheets, and benchmarks your programme against OEM recommendations and industry standards — all within the same environment. A built-in gap analysis engine identifies what is missing, what is over-maintained, and where your maintenance strategy mix needs rebalancing. For assets without documentation, the Manual Creator module researches and builds a fully structured maintenance manual from scratch.
The platform does not stop at document generation. A connected Knowledge Hub enriches every analysis with live industry maintenance knowledge and delivers real-time bulletins relevant to the equipment in your programme. A persistent AI assistant maintains full context of your session — your tasks, parts, gap findings, failure data, and work orders — and is available at any point to provide recommendations, answer technical questions, and help build the case for strategy changes.
For organisations managing multiple asset classes, the Fleet Strategy module provides a fleet-wide view of maintenance alignment, highlighting where individual assets diverge from best practice at scale.
Everything Nexphase produces is export-ready — Word documents, Excel workbooks, and CMMS import files — on the same day, without specialist software, coding knowledge, or lengthy onboarding.
-
It has full context of your current session — extracted tasks, parts, gap analysis results, work orders, and MTBF data. You can ask it to explain findings, suggest improvements, draft maintenance strategies, interpret frequencies, identify critical parts, or answer any question about your maintenance programme.
-
Yes. It reads all data extracted from your uploaded manual plus any documents in your project library before responding.
-
Word (.docx) for reports and work orders; Excel (.xlsx) for master data load sheets, maintenance tasks, and spare parts lists — all formatted and ready to submit or import directly.
-
A connected RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) knowledge base that enriches AI responses with industry-specific maintenance knowledge. It also delivers live maintenance bulletins — alerts and advisories relevant to equipment types in your programme.
We typically respond within one business day.
