How it Works

    Leverages historical failure data to identify patterns and establish a baseline for analysis.

  2. Criticality Assessment

    Evaluates each asset and failure mode against Safety, Environmental, Operational, and Economic consequences. Severity is scored on a 0–5 scale.

  3. Apply RCM Decision Logic

    Determines the most appropriate maintenance task (On-Condition, Scheduled Discard, Scheduled Restoration, Failure Finding, or Run-to-Failure) based on risk, failure evidence, and monitoring effectiveness.
